We Assist Service Members and Veterans
Norwich University is proud to be named a "Military Friendly School" once again in 2012 by G.I. Jobs magazine!
The School of Graduate and Continuing Studies provides assistance to active duty and veteran military personnel to obtain maximum educational benefits for which they are eligible. Our Enrollment Advisors work with military personnel on a regular basis and are well-informed regarding the unique situations of our military students. All School of Graduate and Continuing Studies programs are approved for Veteran's Benefits under the GI-Bill. If you are eligible and wish to receive benefits under one of these programs, please visit the GI-Bill website to file for your certificate of eligibility.
While we prefer that you complete the required coursework without disruption, should you be issued deployment orders during the course of your studies, accommodations can be made. The solution will be dependent on your unique circumstances and where you are in relation to the completion of your semester. Because of the online, asynchronous delivery of our curriculum, many of our military students have been able to continue their studies uninterrupted despite the challenges of deployment. Once enrolled in a program, you may always contact your program's Senior Student Services Coordinator to work out a solution to any problem.
Some of our programs also offer graduate-level credit for successful completion of Command and Staff (ILE) and/or War College courses. For more information please contact the Admissions Office.
