Norwich University’s Master of Civil Engineering in Environmental/Water Resources Engineering online program teaches you the importance of waste treatment, water purification and the research and analysis involved.

Building off the basic understanding of environmental principles, learn about the physical, chemical and biological processes that are part of water treatment. Expanding upon this, the program examines stormwater management issues and introduces Geographic Information Systems software used in analysis. You’ll also learn about flow and contamination of groundwater as well as landfill design and construction.
